Return policy

We offer returns when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply return it with its included accessories, tags and packaging and we will refund it based upon the original payment method. Customer will be responsible for return shipment costs of the product to us. Original shipping charges and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Items on sale are final and cannot be returned

Items must be unused and undamaged

Items must be returned in original package

Package must be mailed back within 30 days of original order date

Please allow 7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Since we only offer unique items, exchanges and replacements are not available.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item) we would like to make it up to you! Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we'll send you a free return shipping label and a full refund on your order.
